It were a bright and sunny day in the forest. Sammy Squirrel had gathered a whole bunch of yummy nuts for the winter. He felt it was time to share his bounty with his family. Sammy skipped over to a big oak tree where all his pals were playing.
He called out "Hey everyone! I've got some delicious nuts to share!" All the other squirrels stopped playing and excitedly ran over to Sammy. He handed each of his friends a nut of yummy treats. They all munched their nuts with great delight. Sammy was so happy to see his mates enjoying his generosity.
A Gentle Caterpiller in the Garden

Fifi Fox Makes a New Buddy
Fifi Fox was playing in the sunny forest one day. She was chuckling as she chased a fluffy butterfly. Suddenly, Fifi heard a tiny voice calling for help! It came from behind a big oak tree.
Fifi rushed over to the tree and looked inside. There was a little creature with large ears and a short tail. It was a baby bunny, trapped under a fallen branch! Fifi carefully lifted the branch away and helped the bunny to its feet.
The bunny hopped its nose happily and said hello Fifi. They became new friends right then and there. Fifi and the bunny, whose name was Flopsy, played together all afternoon.
They rolled in the grass and gave each other berries. Fifi learned that even though they were different, they could still be the best of friends!
Ruby Rabbit Figures Out Sharing
Ruby Rabbit was a very curious/sweet/helpful little rabbit. She loved/cherished/adored her toys and didn't want to give/share/part with them ever! One day, Ruby was playing with her favorite plush toy when her friend Benny Bunny came over. Benny had a shiny/colorful/pretty butterfly net he wanted to play with, but Ruby wouldn't let/allow/permit him to use it. Benny felt very sad/disappointed/lonely. He went away to play by himself.

Penny Penguin waddled to the top of the icy cliff. She looked down and gasped in horror. Her best friend, Flip, was stuck in a pile of snow! He'd tried to jump over the drift but had tripped. Now he couldn't move his flippers. Penny knew she had to help. She quickly gathered some rocks and pushed at the snow, trying to make a path for her friend. It was hard work, but Penny didn't give up. Finally, after much toiling, she freed Wally from his snowy prison! Wally was so happy that he gave Penny a big hug. They both waddled away, happy to be together again.
